Yokohama System Mover fully understands the importance of protecting personal information and observes all capable laws and regulation relating to privacy protection.  We have designed this Privacy Policy to explain how we safeguard the privacy of our customers.

We instruct employees concerning legal requirements related to privacy protection as part of our continuing efforts to manage personal information appropriately.  In addition, we have established an office in order to receive and respond to any inquiries and complaints concerning our handling of personal information efficiently and appropriately.

We acquire the personal information of our customer by legitimate and fair means.

Personal information we collect maybe used for providing services relating to operations.
If we entrust an individual or entity with the handling of any personal information, we will exercise necessary and appropriate supervision over such individual or entity to ensure the security of such personal information.

(3) Providing personal information to third party:

We will not provide personal information to any third party without your advance consent.

(4) To protect the personal information:

• We maintain personal information as accurately as possible and manage it safely.  Data will be regularly reviewed and updated; if no longer required, it will be deleted and disposed of either by deletion from our database, or, in the case of hard copy information, destruction normally by means of shredding.
• We take actions for appropriate information security against unauthorized access, computer virus to prevent loss, damage, alteration and leakage of personal information.
• We do not disclose personal information by taking or transmitting it to persons or companies outside the organisation.

(5) Disclosure, correction, suspension of use and deletion of personal information:

• We acknowledge that customers have the right to ask for disclosure, correction, suspense of use and deletion of their information and respond promptly to such requests.

(6) Organization and Structure:

• A Chief Personal Information Officer is appointed to ensure appropriate management of personal information.
• We provide training to directors and employees on the protection and appropriate management of personal information and ensure that personal information is handled appropriately in daily operations.

(7) Preparation, implementation, maintenance and improvement of the Privacy Policy Protection compliance:

• We will formulate the personal information protection program (including Personal Information Protection Rules and other rules and regulations) to enforce this Policy, communicate them to employees of the Company and other related parties and implement, maintain, continuously improve them.

Our Privacy Policy is reviewed annually as a minimum and may change from time to time; updates will be made know to all interested parties and will be available upon request.
